POLICIES AND RETURNS

Pre-Orders

We will fulfill orders as soon as the items are available. For more details on estimated fulfillment for pre-orders, please check the details listed under each product.

Due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays. If you have any questions about the status of your order, email us hi@Olartisan.com.

RETURN POLICY 

  • We will accept items for exchange or refund within 2weeks of receipt. 
  • Item must be returned in new and re-saleable condition.
  • Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund notice by email.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Email to Hi@Olartisan.com with PO number, the picture of item to be returned and the reason for return. Include your email, mailing address and daytime phone number.
  • A Return Authorization MUST be obtained by phone or email BEFORE returning any items.
  • We will email a U.S. Postal Service return label. Apply this label to your package return and send it through the U.S. Postal Service. 
  • Once the item is received we will process the exchange or refund.
  • Pack the return item in a protected and secure manner. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information and product updates. If you would prefer not to receive these you may opt out via an online form, or by contacting us at: Hi@Olartisan with "REMOVE" as the subject header.
